located within Zone 2 of the stream buffer.
Additional impacts are due to Pond #2 impacts in both Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the stream buffer for the
pond rip -rap channel outlet. The temporary impact to Zone 1 is 600 square feet and the permanent impact
is 440 square feet. The temporary impact to Zone 2 is 240 square feet and the permanent impact is 160
square feet. A 1 Oft maintenance corridor for the flared end section of the pond outlet has a permanent
impact in Zone 2 of 45 square feet. An additional permanent impact of 4,177 square feet in Zone 2 is for
Pond 92 itself being located within Zone 2 of the stream buffer.
The final impact in Zone 2 is a 1 Oft utility maintenance corridor of 78 square feet for the connection of a
proposed 8" sanitary sewer line to the existing sanitary sewer manhole.
Finally, the applicant should secure any other required federal, state, and local certifications before the
project proceeds.
