On behalf of the Charlotte Knights Baseball Club, Wood Environment &Infrastructure Solutions,
Inc. (Wood) requests renewal of the above-referenced permit. A NPDES Permit Application—
Short Form C-GW relative to the water treatment and discharge operations at the subject site is
attached. The Charlotte Knights Baseball Club provided delegation of signature authority to Mr.
Rob Foster of Amec Foster Wheeler (now Wood) in 2014. Documentation of that delegation is
also attached.
The effluent analytical results (November 2019) are attached to this renewal application. No
detectable concentrations of Total Suspended Solids (TSS) or Tetrachloroethene (PCE) were
identified in the treated water.

municipality responsible for the sewer.

concentration reported for each chemical (the most recent sample must be collected less
than one year prior to the date of this application)
• For petroleum-contaminated sites-Analyses for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) should
be performed. Analyses for any fuel additives likely to be present at the site and for phenol
and lead should also be performed.
• For sites contaminated with solvents or other contaminants - EPA Method 624/625
analysis should be performed.
