The addition noted on the evaluation as item#1 should be finished by mid-January. I ran the calculations for containment on the
square footage for a 330-gallon tote,which is the largest anticipated container that will be in the area,and figure we need a
berm with sidewalls 0.064 inches high for 363 gallons(48.5331 cubic feet). The walls are sealed to the floor and we will install
a sealed 0.25-inch metal berm in all wall openings that do not have any other type of berm.
The liquid products in the upper storage area(Covered Raw Material Warehouse)noted on the evaluation as item#2 are in
containment in the form of the eastern pond.The drain that is just outside there goes to the retainment pond on the east side of
the property, which does not discharge further until the water level reaches approximately 10 feet.
I am enclosing our site drainage plan which shows detail of above as well as for the rest of the facility.
The Finished Goods Warehouse as well as the Manufacturing Area and Indoor Raw Material Warehouse are all sloped towards
floor drains which are directed to an underground concrete cistern just north of the Finished Goods Warehouse.
The Distribution Center has containment in the form of the Retainment Pond on the North end of the property. This pond does
not discharge toward the creek until water level reaches approximately 3.5 feet.
