The Pretreatment, Emergency Response, and Collection Systems (PERCS) Unit of the Division of
Water Resources has reviewed the Short Term Monitoring Plan (STMP) for the Town Fairmont.
The STMP was submitted by Suez, the POTW's consultant. The STMP was initially received by the
Division on November 13, 2019, with a revision received on January 3, 2020.
The review indicates that the STMP is adequate and meets the requirements needed to establish
a site -specific Headworks Analysis (HWA). Proper implementation of an STMP is also required by
Part IV (D) of your NPDES permit. Please remember to sample all STMP POCs at the SIU once.
