This project's construction will consist of the grading for the streets & storm drainage culverts necessary to support this new, 31-lot section of the subdivision. Lots will be served with wells & septic tanks. Total disturbed area is anticipated to be 8.3 acres with a maximum allowable built upon area for each lot of 8,000S.F. ELIGIBILITY FOR FAST -TRACK PERMITTING To be considered for a Fast Track ATC Permit, all of the items below must be checked. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Submit the application package to the appropriate DEMLR Regional Office (Coastal, SA Waters) or DEMLR Central Office (Urbanizing Areas Ph 2, USMP, Non -Coastal HOW/ORW). Only application packages that include all required items listed below will be accepted and reviewed.
