It has come to our attention that future plans at the site may include motels and other amenities. Be advised that
the Water Quality Certification was issued for the purpose stated in the application as stated in the approval letter: "This
approval is for the purpose and design that you described in your application. If you change your project, you must notify
this office and you may be required to submit a new application." Also, if the property is sold, the new owner must be
given a copy of the Certification and approval letter and is thereby responsible for complying with all conditions.
