Describe the repairs made or actions taken: Once the Influent flow started back down, started washing
filters and after some of the filters were washed, the valve was closed.
Action taken to contain lessen the impact clean up and remediate the site (if applicable) due to the
bypass: N/A
Action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent occurrences: The valve is to only be used in extreme
circumstances to prevent a possible overflow from the filters.
