SUMMARY
Facility Description: CHEP is located at 5808 Long Creek Park Drive in Charlotte on approximately 13.2 acres of
property that is shared with other businesses. Wood pallets are restored and repaired at the CHEP facility.
File Review/History: Charlotte Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) previously inspected the facility on
February 23, 2016 when it was operated by IFCO Systems, Inc. The facility was observed to be in compliance with the
City of Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance during the previous inspection.
Inspection Summary: During the recent inspection, CHEP was observed to be in compliance with the City of Charlotte
Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance. Please refer to the report for comments and recommendations from the
inspection.
