I received your voicemail, thanks. As I mentioned, the way the current PCN is filled out we'll need an agent authorization
from EBX and Colonel for RES in order to continue processing the 401 approval. Another thought, would RES be the
"responsible party" for owner information question 2c.? I know you're working to get answers on your end, if you have
any questions please let me know.

Hi Erin,
I just confirmed that Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC (EBX) is the entity and that I (Kathleen Webber)
should be the contact for Dogtown.
I think it would be generally reliable to use the bank sponsor listed on the cover page of the mitigation plan as a
general guideline to the entity for our projects, but don't ever hesitate to ask (clearly, since I needed to ask
too).
