NC 27699-1617 To whom this may concern. Attached you will find the Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) Qualitative Monitoring Report and the Semi-annual Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for Flowers Timber Company, Inc. These are the fourth of such reports submitted by this newly established company. At Flowers Timber Company. we have built a retaining wall around the facility with a collection pond. All waters collected on the facility are designed to be sent to our collection pond. We have installed an irrigation system to water our timber logs using the water in the collection pond. By doing this, it keeps the level down in the collection pond and it allo, jvs us not to have to use public drinking water to irrigate the timber logs. Water not in our collection pond is evaporated. Using this system allows us to have no discharge from our facility. Our system will be monitored per North Carolina regulations and reports submitted accordiI7gly. These are the first of such reports submitted by this newly established company. At Flowers Timber Company, we have built a retaining wall around the facility with a collection pond. All waters collected on the facility are designed to be -sent to our collection pond. We have installed an irrigation system to water our timber logs using the water in the collection pond. By doing this, it keeps the level down in the collection pond and it allows us not to have to use public drinking water to irrigate the timber logs. Water not in our collection pond is evaporated. Using this system allows us to have no discharge from our facility. Our system will to be monitored per North Carolina regulations and reports submitted accordingly. -han . voi.i; eremy Flowers President Flowers Timber Company, Inc.
