Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 1163 Curtis Street, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in
accordance with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit number
NCG200424 is submitting two copies of our January 2015 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a tiered monitoring event for Copper and Zinc as required by the general storm
water permit. Pb was inadvertently sampled for during the January 2015 event, as well. The January
analyses indicated an exceedence of the benchmark value for Cu at the site's outfall, but not at either
of the two background locations. No other exceedences were detected at any of the background or
outfall monitoring locations for Pb or Zn. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is
presented in the following tables:

Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 1163 Curtis Street, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in
accordance with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit number
NCG200424 is submitting two copies of our November 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a tiered monitoring event for Copper and Zinc as required by the general storm
water permit. Fe was required per semi-annual sampling requirements and was inadvertently missed
during the 10/15/2014 monitoring event. As a result, Fe was also sampled in November. The
November analyses indicated an exceedence of the benchmark value for Cu at the site's outfall. The
November analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu at both of the background monitoring
locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu may not be unique to the conditions at the site. The
November analysis also indicated an exceedance of Zn at the outfall location, but no exceedance was
indicated at either background location. No exceedences of Fe were detected at any of the
background or outfall monitoring locations because Fe does not have a BMV. A comparison of the
outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables:

NCG200424 is submitting two copies of our September 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a tiered monitoring event for TSS, Cu, Pb, and Zn as required by the general
storm water permit. The September analyses indicated an exceedence of the benchmark value for Cu
at the site's outfall. The September analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu at both of the
background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu may not be unique to the
conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS, Pb, or Zn at any of the
background or outfall monitoring locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample
results is presented in the following tables:

Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 1163 Curtis Street, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in accordance
with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit number NCG200000 is
submitting two copies of our May 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a semi-annual monitoring event for all pollutants as required by the general storm
water permit. The May analyses indicated exceedences of the benchmark values for Cu and Zn at the
site's outfall. The May analysis also indicated exceedences of Cu and Zn at both of the background
monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedences are not unique to the conditions at the site. A
comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables:

Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 1163 Curtis Street, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in accordance
with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit number NCG200424 is
submitting two copies of our August 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a semi-annual monitoring event for all pollutants as required by the general storm
water permit. The August analyses indicated exceedences of the benchmark values for Cu, Zn, and Total
Suspended Solids (TSS) at the site's outfall. The August analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu and Zn
at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu and Zn may not be
unique to the conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS at either of the
background monitoring locations. There was no exceedence of Pb at either of the Background nor the
Outfall locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following
tables:

Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 1163 Curtis Street, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in accordance
with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit number NCG200424 is
submitting two copies of our August 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a semi-annual monitoring event for all pollutants as required by the general storm
water permit. The August analyses indicated exceedences of the benchmark values for Cu, Zn, and Total
Suspended Solids (TSS) at the site's outfall. The August analysis also indicated an exceedence of Cu and Zn
at both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedence of Cu and Zn may not be
unique to the conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS at either of the
background monitoring locations. There was no exceedence of Pb at either of the Background nor the
Outfall locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following
tables:

Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 1163 Curtis Street, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in accordance
with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit number NCG200000 is
submitting two copies of our June 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a semi-annual monitoring event for all pollutants as required by the general storm
water permit. The June analyses indicated exceedences of the benchmark values for Cu, Zn, and Total
Suspended Solids (TSS) at the site's outfall. The June analysis also indicated exceedences of Cu and Zn at
both of the background monitoring locations, indicating that the exceedences are not unique to the
conditions at the site. However, there were no exceedences of TSS at either of the background monitoring
locations. A comparison of the outfall and background sample results is presented in the following tables:
