We have received an application for coverage of an existing facility under NCG 21 from the subject company. The facility
drains to an UT to Camel Branch (class C) in Harmony (Iredell County). They have vehicle maintenance, but no haz.

waste or saw dust piles > 7 days. Does the IVIRO have any concerns about issuing this facility a COC for this general
permit?
