On July 30, 2018, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to rescind
your coverage under NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG210000. In accordance with your request,
Certificate of Coverage NCG210385 is rescinded effective immediately.
Operating a treatment facility, discharging wastewater, or discharging specific types of stormwater to
waters of the State without valid coverage under an NPDES permit is against federal and state laws and
could result in fines. If something changes and your facility would again require stormwater or
wastewater discharge permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately. We would be happy to
assist you in assuring the proper permit coverage.
If the facility is in the process of being sold, you would be performing a public service if you inform the
new or prospective owners of their potential need for NPDES permit coverage.

captioned "Property of Brigadier Homes, Inc. to be conveyed to Samuel Scherr or his assigns",
dated March 23, 1988, prepared by McIntyre Surveying and recorded in Plat Book 1.6, Page 590,
Nash County Registry.
Being the same property as that conveyed to Carolina Firelog Corporation, a North Carolina
corporation, by deed dated June 14, 2001 from Propac, Incorporated, recorded in Book 1794,
Page 288 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Nash County, North Carolina. Carolina
Firelog Corporation, a North Carolina corporation, merged into Pine Mountain Corporation, a
