I have been talking with Michael Smith of your Asheville office and he advised
that I talk with you.
Due to our government allowing our customers to source from China, I have been
forced to close our plant as of 12.31.2017. Ali manufacturing operations have
ceased as of 12.31.17_ We are trying to sell the building but, as of now we
haven't closed.
Along with this letter, I am sending a rescission request form and I would appreciate
you expediting it. I am also sending the gps coordinates_ For the record we have
not allowed any hazardous materials to get into storm water during the years we
have operated.
Also, the person we are talking with about buying the plant will not be engaged
in any type of manufacturing and will not be using any hazardous materials. I do not
see that they would need a storm water permit.
If you need any additional Information from me, please let me know.
