! Hi Mike,
I have a stormwater discharge permit application in hand from Davis Recycling.
They are located south of Daubs Chapel Road about 1 mile west of 15-501, in
southern Moore County. Runoff from their site would be into a ut to the Little
River, a class WS-III HQW water. Davis reports their industrial activity is to
break up and sort scrap metal, particularly for copper and brass. We can't issue
their Certificate of Coverage yet, because we in the central office have yet to
renew the NCG20 permit which expired last October. But, I'm asking anyway if FRO
has any objection to issuing the permit, once we get our end squared away.
