Bradley has approved for this permit fee to be waived. Our records and the Fred Smith Company had different records
regarding payment and this past due invoice dated back to 2012.
Deborah is in the process of waiving the fee in B1MS. Deborah, could you reply to all once you've waived?
Bethany, I mentioned to Mr. Schell that you would be the one to send him a pin so that he could renew. Also,
highlighted in yellow is info on NCG160013 — this permit was just recently paid.

In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful standards and
regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and the
Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
Nello L. Teer Company
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a facility located at
Nello L. Teer Company Plant #4
10501 North Blvd. US #1
Raleigh
Wake County
to receiving waters designated as an unnamed tributary to Richland Creek in the Neuse River Basin
in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitorin*g requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts 1, II, 1II
and IV of General Permit No. NCG160000 as attached.
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective February 3, 1995.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
