You reported that you have ceased all regulated activity and sold the facility. '
You reported that although you retain ownership or control of the facility, you have ceased all regulated
activity, and there are no materials remaining on site that may resent a risk of stormwater pollution.
You reported that continued permit coverage is not required because the site activities are not regulated by
the NPDES stormwater ermittin ro ram.

Operating a treatment facility, discharging wastewater, or discharging specific types of stormwater to
waters of the State without a valid NPDES permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of
up to $25,000 per day. Enforcement action will be certain for persons that have voluntarily relinquished
permit coverage when, in fact, continuing permit coverage was necessary. If, in retrospect, you feel the
site still requires permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately. Furthermore, if in the future
you wish to again discharge to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive new
coverage under an NPDES permit.

Inspection Summary:
The Lane Construction applied for a rescission request for this permit. An inspection was conducted on 10/29/2014 with
David Chaparro, project Engineer with Lane Construction. Inspection revealed that the three wastewater basins were still on
site in addidition to some aggregate materials. Mr. Chaparro was informed that prior to rescinding the permit, they need to
remove all waste from the basins and discharge or pump the wastewater remaining in the basins per the permit
requirements and bring the site to its original condition. It is recommended that the rescission request be denied.
