Each NOV was issued for the same reason, although each PH value exceeded the pen -nit limit by different values. Please see the attached copies of each NOV for reference. All other line items found on the Routine Compliance hispection form were found to be in compliance. Copies of each plants inspection form are found on the attached files immediately following the each NOV, respectively. Samar, per our earlier discussions, I spoke with Mr. Pickle immediately following yesterdays joint CRMCA/NCDNR DWQ meeting in Raleigh. After the discussion, Mr. Pickle agreed to issue the authorization to construct on each site upon my written request for the following: NOV-2006-0370 Statesville — Installation of Fortrans, Inc. PH adjustment system to correct the PH level exceeding the pen -nit limits. NOV-2006-0366 Denver — Installation of Fortrans, Inc. PH adjustment system to correct the PH level exceeding the permit limits. NOV-2006-0369 Taylorsville — Installation of Fortrans, Inc. PH adjustment system to correct the PH level exceeding the permit limits.
