As summarized, stormwater samples were collected on an approximate quarterly basis from Outfall 001 and analyzed for total suspended solids (TSS) and pH in accordance with General Permit NCG140000. Please note that the outfall is not associated with a vehicle maintenance area and does not discharge to waters classified as HQW, ORW, SA, SB, Tr or PN. As such, the facility is not required to monitor for total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) or settleable solids. A stormwater sample was collected from Outfall 001 on December 17, 2014 and analyzed for total suspended solids (TSS), settleable solids and pH. The discharge is not associated with a vehicle maintenance area and, therefore, was not monitored for total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH). As indicated on the attached DMR, all parameters were reported below or within their respective benchmark values. The total flow for this storm event was calculated using the Modified Rational Method and the estimated area of impervious surfaces within the drainage area (0.60 acres), event duration (2 hours) and rainfall intensity (0.33 inches for the event, or 0.165 inches per hour).
