On December 3, 1999, I conducted a site visit of the stream involved in the
above referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that there is not a
water body channel present on the property and therefore not subject to the Neuse River
Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of
Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T I 5A: 02B.0233 (NCAC 0233),
This office has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 99 269 to this project.
