This letter is in response to your email today associated with the above referenced permit. As
you noted in your email, the facility was inadvertently reissued coverage under the
Transportation Stormwater General Permit. We had previously received a renewal request for
the facility and then also received a request for no -exposure certification. Unfortunately the in-
house renewal request did not get canceled in response to the no -exposure approval.
We have made the adjustment in our database and this permit is now back in "Inactive" status.
