general permit. This permit is issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute
143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the US Environmental
Protection Agency dated October 15, 2007 (or as subsequently amended).

As for Marion Quarry, I am not aware at this time who is processing for whom, but in a few months, will inspect all these
sites and get into BIMs under inspections who is doing what for whom.

We received the attached NOI from this facility and I've read through the email correspondence you've had with Ken
and Bradley. Sounds like ARO is on board with getting them covered under an NCG07. Any reasons not to proceed with
issuance?
On a side note, I'm also looking at Marion Quarry which is right across the highway from this place as you may know. I
wonder if Nick Waycaster processes the stone mined at Marion Quarry? I copied you on a letter I sent to Marion about
a stream crossing/berming activity I saw on their mining plan. Wanted to make sure they had a 401 to do that but I will
let you know what I hear. Thanks
