(dba Bakery Feeds) is providing the North Carolina Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (NCDEMLR), Division of Water Resources the attached January 2017 Tier Two Report for Outfall 001 In accordance with the subject National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit, Outfall 001 entered Tier Two status for Chemical Oxygen Demand'(COD) in November 2015. Results from the analytical monitoring that took place on January 21, 2017, did meet qualifying benchmark criteria for COD. Bakery Feeds. will continue Tier Two monitoring Outfall 001 on a monthly basis until results .from three consecutive samples are received where the results are below the benchmark.
