Facilities that incorporate a solvent management plan into the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan may so certify, and the requirement for TTO monitoring
may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver, the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics
(TTO), I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the Stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or
Stormwater runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing the all the provisions of the
solvent management plan included in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."

To the North Carolina Department of Environmental and Natural Resources.
I am making notification that our facility under General Permit number NCG030000, located at
1020 Corporate Park Drive Mebane NC, had a consecutive storm water sample that was above
bench mark limits for Copper, and one sample that was above for Zinc.
In November 2014 we sampled above bench marks limits for pH and Copper only. and then
again in May 2015 for Copper and Zinc. According to our permit, we must comply with all Tier
One and Tier Two actions.

1) A Storm Water Management Inspection was conducted on 5/28/15
2) No obvious causes for above benchmark levels were noted.
3) The soil erosion from the adjoining property has lessened since last year, but not completely.
4) Our course of actions will be;
a) Collect an ambient precipitation sample and conduct lab analysis for Copper, Zinc, Lead
and pH. It is possible that our ambient metal levels may be higher than current
benchmarks values.
b) Collect various Storm Water discharge samples for analysis. For example, collect a roof
runoff sample, a parking lot sample. and a Dock sample and a field sample.
c) Complete all Tier Two requirements per our Storm water Pen -nit NCG030000.
