Facilities that incorporate a solvent management plan into the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan may so certify, and the requirement for TTO monitoring
may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver, the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics
(TTO), I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the Stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or
stormwater runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing the all the provisions of the
solvent management plan included in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."

Monitoring Report on behalf of TT&E Iron and Metal, Inc. (TT&E). TT&E is currently permitted
to discharge stormwater consistent with General Permit No. NCG030000 and Certificate of
Coverage No. NCG030013. The stormwater discharge outfall (SDO) monitoring report for
November and December 2014 is attached.
No stormwater event that produced a measurable discharge from either level spreader at either of
the two outfalIs occurred Monday through Saturday during working hours in November and
December 2014. Therefore, no analytical data is available for November or December 2014.
The November and December 2014 sampling events and the corresponding Tier Two response will
be documented in TT&E's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.

may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver, the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics
(TTO), I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or

Coverage No. NCG030013. The stormwater discharge outfali (SDO) monitoring report for
September 2014 is attached..
No stormwater event that produced a measurable discharge from either level spreader at either of
the two outfalls occurred Monday through Saturday during working hours during September 2014
Therefore no analytical data is available for September 2014.
The September 2014 sampling event and the corresponding Tier Two response will be documented
in TT&E's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
