STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS
Public comment or objection to the draft permits is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below.
All comments received through Friday, September 13, 2019 will be considered in the final determination regarding
permit issuance and permit provisions.
Applications: The following facilities have applied for renewal of their NPDES permits to discharge stormwater from
their locations in Guilford County.
• Evonik Corporation, 2401 Doyle Street, Greensboro, NC. The facility discharges to Mile Run Creek, a class WS-V;NSW
stream in the Cape Fear River Basin. Permit No. NCS000010.
• Piedmont Triad International Airport, 1000 Ted Johnson Parkway, Greensboro, NC. The facility discharges to Brush
Creek and Horsepen Creek, class WS-III;NSW waterbodies in the Cape Fear River Basin and East Form Deep River, a
class WS-IV water body in the Cape Fear River Basin. Permit No. NCS000508.
