This letter is being written to provide concurrence with your findings that there are no features present on
the referenced property that are subject to protection under the Neuse Buffer Rules. This specific project
is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO-248.
On October 5, 1999 I met with you onsite to evaluate the features represented on the Wake County Soils
Z; and the USGS maps to determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. It was determined that
there are no features depicted on either of the maps in the evaluated area. Therefore, there are no streams
v" t that are subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection
and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
This letter addresses only the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rules. Thank you for your attention to
