Thomas left the company in June, 2014.
He handled all the reports and contact with the NPDES.

He and Myrl Nisely worked together around Feb, 2011 and we built a retaining damn and
our reports were NO FLOW.
After Thomas left I had no contact with anyone and assumed the new permit would occur soon.
I continued the NO FLOW report as Thomas had done.
A spreadsheet is attached plus an explanation of changes.
I hope I have been doing this correctly.
