On -site investigation revealed that the mining facility does not engage in any process operation. Stormwater collected at the facility is to be diverted into an existing settling basin and discharged into a segment of Buffalo Creek via a drain. It should be pointed out that there is an existing maintenance shop without on -site fuel pump facility. Mr. Robert E. Lee, Owner and Operator of the mining facility advised that waste oil generated from the maintenance shop is collected and stored in 55 gallon drums to be used as heating fuel. It is recommended that a General Permit be issued for the facility as requested by the applicant.
