The Corps will not require you to resubmit a PCN for the modifications to temporary wetland impacts. Accordingly, I will
be sure that it is documented in our records. If any other modifications are proposed for the project, let us know. Just a
quick reminder that the required compensatory mitigation must be completed prior to commencing work.

We're proposing to revise the temporary wetlands impacts from 0.09 acres to 0.14 acres to accommodate some
additional tree clearing (via hand clearing methods; no grubbing). The additional impacts are shown in the red box on
the attached figure. Please let me know how to submit for this revision.
