Dear Mr. Nazlri:
On October 22, 1999, I conducted a site visit of the stream involved in t e above
referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that there is not a water
body channel present on the property. There was a water body on the property adjacent
to Lot 10 Alpine Court but was not within fifty feet of the property line and therefore
not subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy;
Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
This office has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 99 202 to this project.
