Explain the purpose of the proposed project:* The purpose of the proposed project is to stabilize the right streambank, which is experienced significant erosion and is threatening a fence on the abutting single-family residential property. 41. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:* Due to the proximity of the vertical, eroded streambank to the abutting privately -owned, single-family residential property, the Town proposes to stabilize the streambank where it has eroded and threatens the fence along the south side of the residential property. Because of the close proximity of the abutting property, wooden stockade fence, and swimming pool, the use of natural stream design techniques, such as laying back the banks and stabilizing with geotextiles and vegetation, gabions are proposed to permanently stabilize the vertical streambank and eliminate the loss of the fence and yard of the abutting private property. 4j. Please upload project drawings for the proposed project. 5. Jurisdictional Determinations 5a.
