Attachment A Certification

In accordance with your permit major modification request received October 4, 2019, we are
forwarding herewith a modified Attachment A certified December 23, 2019, to Brunswick County for the
subject residuals management program.
Modifications to the subject Attachment are as follows: The permitted dry tonnage for both
Northeast Brunswick Regional WWTP and West Brunswick Regional WWTP have been increased to 1,000
dry tons per year (DT/yr).
The modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification until April 30, 2021
(i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall void Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0034468 issued May
6, 2016 that was previously certified on May 11, 2016, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations
as specified therein, as well as those specified in the above -referenced permit. Please replace Attachment
A of Permit No. WQ0034468 that was certified on May 11, 2016 with the modified Attachment A. Please
note that the Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than November 1, 2020.
If any parts, requirements or limitations contained in this certification are unacceptable, the
Permittee has the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following
receipt of this permit. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B
of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail
Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6714. Otherwise, this certification shall be final and binding.
