On July 14, 1999, 1 met with you onsite to conduct a site visit of the property involved in the
E {" -4;ik C abovo referenced project. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO

?,<n f 44,4, The features represented on the Wake County Soils and the USGS maps were evaluated to
determine their subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rule. As a result, it was determined that there
is one feature present on the property. That feature is represented on both the USGS and the
i 4'~ Wake County Soils maps at the north eastern edge of the property along the C P & L right of
way. This feature is subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management
Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233) and has been delineated on the map received by this Office.
This letter only addresses the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rules. Thank you for your
