ti* ; The information package for this site was received by the Raleigh Regional Office on August 23,
1999 and is referenced a project NBRRO 99-146. The features represented on the Durham County
ii'?'j} Soils and the USES maps were evaluated on September 2, 1999 to determine their subjectivity to
Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and
the
P
' 411 Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
As a result, it was determined that there are two wetland pockets that become at least an intermittent
t streams. These two features are depicted on the and Durham County Soils Map and represented on
the map received from S & E C. The property boundary to the east is Sycamore Creek. These three
M' features are subject to the Rule. There is a drainage ditch that has been placed into the wetland from
7 H, Shady Grove Road and the drainage feature to the north (near Exeter) are not subject to this Rule.
This letter only addresses the applicability of the Neuse Buffer Rules. Thank you for your attention
