Subject: NCG01 NOI 19793 - Bella Port
Hi Kelsey,
I reviewed your NOI submission for Bella Port and found the following corrections that need to be made:
• Part Al2—the number of acres to be disturbed cannot exceed what is listed on the Permit for Land Disturbing
Activity. The permit lists 6.2 acres,which includes the lots from Revisions 2 and 3.
• Part D2—you only need to enter"GP 59-16"because the ID number is the same for both revisions.
• Part D5—you only need to upload the letter and grading permit from New Hanover County for the latest revision
(Revision 93)because the lots and associated acreages from Revision 2 are included in Revision 3. Also, do
*not*upload the NCGO1 General Construction Permit.
• Part D6—the project name written on the NOI Cert Form must match the project name in Part Al.
