} E ? This Office has reviewed the information received by this Office on July 21, 1999 relevant to the subject
property and conducted a site visit the same day. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office
as NBRRO 99-185.

. There are four features and a pond depicted on the USGS and County Soils Maps It was determined from
the site visit that only the pond and the downstream feature are present on the ground and therefore subject
to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of
Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The required buffer
h protection is delineated on the map received by this Office during the site visit and the area applicable to
_ protection under the Neuse Buffer Rules begins at eastern edge of the property.
