Per the requirement in Condition A. (4) in the referenced permit, Duke Energy respectfully
submits this letter as notification that Belews Creek Steam Station is in the process of
commissioning a new Physical-Chemical Treatment System at outfall 006A. The projected startup
date for this system is 1/6/2020.
