Inspection Summary:
On October 14, 2019, staff from the Mooresville Regional Office(MRO), performed a well sampling event for the Geothermal
return system operating under permit W10300030. During the site visit, well tag information was collected. A review
discussion about well operations and well maintenance were discussed with Mr.011ish.
The well was purged before sampling. Data was collected using calibrated Multimeters to establish parameter stability
before collecting samples from either port.
Water samples were collected from the Influent and Effluent Well ports and the samples were properly preserved and
submitted to the Water Quality Laboratory in Raleigh for analysis.
