Inspection Summary:
On December 18, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Joe Wilson on site. The following items were
noted during the inspection:
1) Used pallets were observed exposed to precipitation. To maintain No Exposure, these pallets shall be moved or disposed
of to prevent exposure to precipitation.
2) The drain valve for the secondary containment was not locked during the inspection. A locking device has been installed,
but the lock was missing. To maintain No Exposure, locks shall be provided for all secondary Containment.
