On July 15, 1999, 1 met with you at the subject property. I conducted a site visit for the above
's'referenced project on that date and again on September 3, 1999. This project is referenced
by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 99-217. At your request, an evaluation was
performed to determine if the three features present (actually two streams) on this tract would
a; require compliance with the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management
14, Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
=T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
} :? It was determined as a result of the site visit that the features present on this property are at
`least intermittent streams and therefore subject to the current Neuse River Basin Riparian
Rules. The areas of the features that require ripoarian buffer protection are approximtely
aS _ located on the atteched map.
