Dear Mr. Cook:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of
Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance
with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded,effective immediately.
WQ0032665 Wynne Creek Phases 1 and 2 issued 02/04/08
WQ0033557 Plaza Park issued 12/12/08
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
