Subject: Permit Rescinded: Permit Number WQ0033549
Wrenn Farm Subdivision
Guilford County
Dear Mr. Houk:
A rescission request was recently received for Permit No. WQ0033549, issued October 29, 2008. Staff
from the Division of Water Resources has confirmed that this Permit is no longer required. Therefore,
in accordance with your request, the Sewer Extension Permit No. WQ0033549 is rescinded, effective
immediately.
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact
Nyle Hothem at (919)707-9130 or via email at Nyle.HothemC«@ncdenr.gov .
Sincerely,
