Inspection Summary:
On December 10, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance and for renewal purposes. It was also inspected to
determine what progress had been made since the issuance of a Notice of Violation. I met with Travis McKinney and Melvin
Graham on site. No major issues were noted during the inspection, and the issues noted in the Notice of Violation have
been addressed. The Notice of Violation has been resolved.
