Subject: Request for Additional Information
Stormwater Permit No. SW6190506
Clarence Lee Tart Memorial Park Improvements
Harnett County
Dear Mr. Crawford:
The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a Stormwater
Management Permit Application for the subject project on May 28, 2019. A review of that
information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is
needed to continue the stormwater review:
1. Please provide a plan showing the existing conditions with all existing BUA labeled.
2. The plan set was not signed and sealed by a licensed professional. Please submit two sets
of signed and sealed plan sheets. [ 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)]
3. The low density rules only allow for a small amount of piping for driveways and, as
necessary, erosion control. As proposed, the project utilizes a significant amount more
piping than is allowed under the regulations. [15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(c)]
4. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other
documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at:
https:Hedocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW Project_ Submittal
Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review.
The requested information should be received by this Office prior to September 7, 2019 or
the application will be returned as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate
resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee. Please reference the State
assigned project number SW6190506 on all correspondence.
