Dear Mr. Colbath:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of
Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance
with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded,effective immediately.
WQ0021315 Monroe Airport Taxiway and Apron Expansion issued 05/29/02
WQ0021332 Roosevelt Boulevard Commercial Subdivision issued 06/07/02
WQ0024073 Morgan Mill Business Center issued 06/30/04
WQ0024075 Jimmy Stegall issued 06/30/04
WQ0024115 Creekside Apartments (Commerce Drive Sewer) issued 07/09/04
WQ0024540 Pine Forest Estates-Section VI issued 11/01/04
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
