RE: NC Shallotte Smith LLC — Permit No. WQ0041076
Mr. Hunkele:
The purpose of the attached revision request is amend the current permit to include the gravity sewer lines as
shown on the attached plans. The Town of Shallotte will now own and operate the gravity sewer lines along with
the already permitted Commercial Pump Station. In conjunction with this revision, the permit which previously
contained the gravity sewer lines (Permit No. WQ0041077) as private will now be void.
