I've reviewed your CAMA major application for maintenance dredging of the canal along Pledger Harbor Road (SR 1225)
in Goat Neck, Tyrrell County (DWR project # 20171306 v.2). Water Quality General Certification No. 4175 corresponds
to The Corps Regional General Permit 198000291 and is issued for this activity and can be found at the following link:

Written approval will not be required for this Certification provided all the thresholds and conditions can be met. Please
pay special attention to activity a); v) regarding the thresholds for maintenance dredging. If open water impacts are
