Flow or volume of sludge to disposal(Pt. 4)can either be monitored or calculated. D. SIU Monitoring Significant Industrial User monitoring will be conducted per industrial user permits(IUP). Additionally, extra SIU sampling will be performed such that all SIUs are sampled for all LTMP POCs at least once per year. E.
