behalf of TT&E Iron and Metal, Inc. (TT&E). TT&E is currently permitted to discharge stormwater consistent with
General Permit No. NCG200000 and Certificate of Coverage No. NCG200510.
The stormwater discharge outfall (SDO) monitoring report for October 2019 is attached. The October 2019
sampling event and the corresponding Tier III response will be documented in TT&E's Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan.
